Rates & Reservation

• All Rates are quoted per room per night in Thai (THB) and subject to 7% Government VAT. There is NO service charge
• Room rates above are valid when booked in advance thru internet only and are inclusive of breakfast
• Check-in time: 15:00 / Check-out time: 12:00
• Minimum 7 nights stay required when check-in during Dec 28 - Dec 31 inclusive

• Special Offer: Stay 5 nights or more Get free 1 way airport pickup or Get 1 hour Thai massage for 1 person excluding arrival during Dec 20 - Jan 20 inclusive

• ROOM CONFIGURATION AND CHILD EATS FREE POLICY

• All rooms are quipped with 1 sofa bed convertible to 2 beds except Deluxe room.
• Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 teens/children sharing in Studio room (Extra person charge applies for 1st and 2nd teen).
• Maximum occupancy 2 adults & 1 child sharing in Deluxe room.
• Maximum occupancy 4 adults and 2 teens/children sharing in Family Suite (Extra person charge applies for 3rd and 4th adult).
• Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 teens/children sharing in Family Suite without extra charge.
• Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children sharing in Studio room without extra charge.
• For Infant 1 baby cot will be provided free of charge. (Infant: under 3 years old)
• Child always eats free when dinning with paying adults. Food has to be ordered from Bernie & Lollo menu only

• Airport Transfer :

by Joined Minivan or Compact Car: 300 THB/person/way (minimum 2 peaple / way),
by VIP Mercedes Benz: 1700 THB one way for up to 3 people,
by Compact Car: 600 THB one way for up to 4 people (150 THB / additional person)

• Meal Rates :

Breakfast (included): THB 350.
Lunch Set: THB 450-550.
Dinner Set THB 650-750.
The meal rates are subject to 7% VAT.
