At every Sunwing Resort the Resort Service is centrally located where the following services are available:

• Help Desk-open 24 hours a day

Here you can exchange money, book a table at the Fino Restaurant & Grill or book activities. The Help Desk is also your touroprator service at Sunwing Resort and here you can ask about sightseeings, shoppings and excursions, and much more besides.

If you get a message during your holiday, we will deliver it to your room between 4.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. the same date.

• Help Your Self Desk-guest computers with a lot of useful information as well as internet access for a small amount.

At Sunwing Resort we have replaced a lot of the written information with electronic information via a number of "Help Your Self Desk" guest computers that are available 24 hours a day free of change in the lobby. Here you will find information about activities at and outside the resort, weather forecast, news, car rental, excursions, departure information, local bus time tables, local boat and ferry services, taxi prices and much more besides.

If you would like to read send e-mail or surf the internet you can use our internet access for a small amount of money. The price depends on how long you use the internet. Starting from 200 Baht/hour.

• Sun Spot-wireless network connection that can be rented for a small amount.

If during your stay you wish to read and send e-mails, surf the Internet or work for a while you can use our wireless internet access for a small amount of money. The price depends on how long you use the internet. It works in the Resort Service area. You need to have a laptop and wireless network card to be able to use this service.

• The Blue Wall-with Children's wall and Destination map.

The Blue Wall in the Resort Service area is where you find Children's Wall and a detailed map of the destination.
